Why Choose HH-66 Vinyl Cement for Your Tarp?

Versatile Application: Designed for a wide range of repairs, the vinyl cement bonds securely to urethanes, vinyl, canvas, wood, leather, and metals. Making it optimal for fixing your vinyl tarp, pool liners, inflatables, and any other vinyl-coated materials.

Flexible & Durable Bond: Produces a strong, water-resistant seal on vinyl materials. The vinyl seal maintains its flexibility long-term.

Indoor & Outdoor Performance: Crafted for outdoor and indoor use, this vinyl cement keeps a firm bond in extreme temperatures ranging from -30°F to 180°F

Fast-Drying Formula: After application, the formula sets and reaches its final form within 2-5 minutes.

Instructions

1. Clean the Surface: Wipe down the areas(s) with alcohol or a compatible solvent to remove residue and dirt.

2. Prepare Glossy Surfaces: Lightly sand glossy surfaces to improve the adhesion.

3. Apply the Adhesive: Spread an even coat on both surfaces to be joined.

4. Wait for Tackiness: Allow the adhesive to set until tacky (typically 2 minutes).

5. Bond the Surfaces: Press the surfaces together while vinyl cement is still tacky. Let the bond set for at least 1 hour before using. For the strongest hold, allow the bond to cure for 24 hours.

6. Clean Up: Remove any excess adhesive for a clean finish.

Pro Tip: For optimal performance, use vinyl cement within 18 months of the manufacture date.
