	Double-Thick Hems: Our 3-ply hems are heat-sealed instead of stitched for a durable edge without any holes caused by sewing needles. The result is a very thick and durable edge that resists abrasion and stands up to tension put on grommets.
	Brass Grommets: Half inch inner diameter grommets are spaced every two feet around our vinyl tarps, with with 1' spacing being a made-to-order option. Made in America out of brass, these grommets will not corrode with outdoor use, and can be relied on for years.

Options for Made-to-Order Tarps:

Grommets with Reinforced Patches: When extra strength is needed, we can add reinforcement patches at each grommet. These patches help prevent the grommet from tearing out of the fabric. They're especially useful in high-stress situations like scaffolding, high winds, or water control applications.

D-Rings: This edge option is designed for situations that need extra-strong attachment points. It includes reinforced webbing, steel-plated zinc D-rings, and optional patches for added durability. The 1-1/8-inch D-rings make tie-downs easy and keep the tarp secure, even under heavy use, or extreme elemental exposure.

Rope in Hem: Whether you’re using grommets or D-rings, adding a rope inside the hem creates an edge that can handle heavy tension. The rope, sewn between layers of fabric, absorbs the pulling force and helps prevent stretching or tearing. This protects the tarp and keeps it intact even in tough conditions.
