Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns

Timeframe: Unused stock products may be returned to us within 15 days of receipt.

Fees: Refunds are subject to a 20% restocking fee + the shipping costs for both directions ($50.00 Minimum Return Fee).

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom Products

  • Bulk Orders (5 or more items)

  • Large Tarps (2,000+ Square Feet)

  • Clearance Items

  • Cut Yardage

  • Products that show any use, damage, or missing original packaging

Refund & Exchange Criteria

15-Day Window: If the product is unused & undamaged, you are able to request a refund or exchange within 15 days of receipt.

Condition: All returns must be in their original packaging with no signs of usage, including scratches, dirt marks, blemishes, or any damage from return freight.

Documentation: All items must include documents with the following details: order invoice, order number, and a brief reason for returning.

Approval Required: Email sales@humphrys.com to receive return authorization. Once we confirm eligibility and receive the item, we will process your refund.

Defective Products

15-Day Window: Any defects must be reported to us within 15 days of receipt.

Inspect Package Condition: Do not accept the package if you notice any damage upon delivery. Instead, take photos of the damage and contact us immediately.

Inspect Product Condition: If the product itself has any defects or damages such as missing grommets or incorrect sizing, take photos and contact us immediately.

Product Replacement: Once our warehouse staff verifies the issue, the defective/damaged product will be replaced with no cost to you. Pictures must be provided to us. Humphrys reserves the right to correct the defect by arranging return to rework the product.

Custom Products

No Returns or Cancellations: Once production begins on a custom product, it cannot be cancelled or returned.

Specification Errors: If there is a discrepancy between your order specifications and the product you received, please notify us within 5 days of receipt.

Cancelling Orders

Stock Items: You may request cancellation of an unfulfilled order via email. Please include:

  • Your Name

  • Order Number

  • Product Name

  • Date The Order Was Placed

Custom Products: Cannot be canceled after processing has begun.

Additional Policies

Processing Time: Allow 2-3 weeks for return processing. Cash on Delivery (C.O.D.) shipments will not be accepted. You must pay for the return shipping upfront before sending the order back.

Free Shipping Returns: Orders originally shipped for free will incur the cost of the original shipment (typically 10-15% of the item price), plus return shipping and any restocking fee.

Damage Exclusions: Products damaged from customer misuse, weather conditions, or improper customer installation are not covered.

Product Liability: Humphrys is not liable for any costs or damages related to product use.
